Description of the Service
The Service is an online business directory for cabling businesses. Businesses can use the Service to create and publish a business listing. Other users can use the Service to search business listings and obtain information about a listed business.
User accounts
You may be required to register an account to create a business listing or to use any other part of the Service. You must not register more than one account.
You must register using your own name. You must not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation or association with any other person or organization. You promise that the information you provide when you register is correct and not misleading in any way. You promise to keep your information up to date.
You must keep your password secure at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity undertaken using your username and password.
Business listings
If you are a registered user, you may create, amend, update, publish and delete a business listing.
If you create, amend, update or publish a business listing, you promise that: (a) you are authorised by that business to do so; (b) the business is located in Australia; (c) the business listing is bona fide, complete, accurate, up to date, and not misleading or deceptive in any way; (d) you will ensure that the business listing remains accurate and up to date at all times; and (e) the business listing does not contravene any applicable laws or infringe the rights of any person. Your business listing (or parts of it) may be publicly accessible over the internet, indexed by search engines and shared via social media.
We rely in good faith on the information provided to us. We do not: (a) verify business listings; (b) promise that they are accurate, complete, up to date, free from errors or omissions or suitable for your purposes; or (c) recommend, approve or endorse carers any listed business. You should always make your own enquiries and conduct your own checks before relying on a business listing.
We reserve the right to delete, amend, reformat or delay publication of any business listing at our absolute discretion for any reason whatsoever, including to ensure compliance with these Terms.
You indemnify us against any harm, loss, cost or expense we suffer arising from a business listing that you create.
Fees and payments
We may charge a fee for the use of all or part of the Service as set out on this website. We may change our fees (including introducing new fees) from time to time by publishing a revised version but changes will not apply retrospectively.
Where a fee applies to your use of the Service, we may restrict your use of the Service until the fee is paid.
Reviews
We may allow users to post reviews in relation to businesses listed on this website. We are not responsible for and do not approve or endorse the content of any reviews.
If you post a review, you promise us that your review is fair, reasonable, bona fide and does not break any laws or infringe the legal rights of any person.
We reserve the right to delete, amend, reformat or delay publication of reviews at our absolute discretion for any reason whatsoever, including to ensure compliance with these Terms.
You indemnify us against any harm, loss, cost or expense we suffer arising from reviews you post.
Prohibited use

If you create or publish a business listing, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable licence to reproduce, modify, adapt, use, publish, communicate and make available the content of your business listing for any purpose, to any person and in any manner.

Unless otherwise indicated, copyright in this website and its contents belongs to us.
You may: (a) publish a link to this website; (b) make a temporary copy of part or all of this website on your computer for the sole purpose of viewing it; and (c) print a hardcopy of a whole page of this website as long as no part of the page (including any copyright notice) is edited, modified or deleted in any way.
